Product questions do not always end at the product page. Agreed manuals, technical documents and service instructions can explain how an item is used or what a buyer needs to prepare. Neuwon helps visitors find answers in that material.

The answer depends on what the supplied source actually contains and how readable it is. Your team reviews the private preview before publication and agrees which content the assistant should use.

Support for company websites without ecommerce

The same conversational approach can help visitors understand services on an ordinary company website. They can ask about your agreed content and request contact from your team. An online store is not required.

When the next step needs a person, Neuwon gathers the agreed details with the visitor’s consent. A contact or B2B quote request is passed to your business; it is not an order or an automatically accepted quote. Cart and private order actions require an appropriate ecommerce integration.

Platforms, price and onboarding

Magento / Adobe Commerce is available now. WooCommerce is nearly ready and launching soon but not yet generally released. Shopify is in development and coming later. Release dates are not confirmed. Neuwon also works on ordinary websites without ecommerce.

Neuwon has a fixed price of €295/month with free installation and onboarding. The price includes a generous monthly allowance of 100 AI credits, enough as it stands for almost any website. Data sources and integration scope are agreed for each site. The supplier is JR Soft, Business ID 2826780-7.
